Michael, Lord Balfour of Burley (From Fifeshire, Scotland) was granted as Chief Undertaker of a grant proportation of Leginn in August. He was joined by 24 tenants.
Small proportations of Dresternan was granted to James Traile. He leased it to Sir Stephen Butler in 1615. George Adwick held the lease of Aghalane.

Sir William Balfour (Keeper of the Tower of London) owned the barony of Knockninny.

Cathal and James Maguire lived in Knockninny Castle.

On 25th June, the barony of Knockninny (9000 Acres) was surveyed. Main families to occupy it were Corrys and 4 clans of Maguires (Gilpatrick Maguires, McArt Maguires, Edward Maguires and Doon Maguires)
