| January | Over five thousand people attended a nationalist demonstration in Derrylin in tribute to the late Mr Jeremiah Jordan (1829–1911). Fr. Patrick O’Reilly P.P. died suddenly in his house in Derrylin. |

| May | Fr. Patrick Soden P.P. came to Knockninny Parish. He made sure there was heating in the church. During his time the two side altars was erected. Mrs Catherine Blake donated the Blessed Virgin Altar and Patrick McKenna (Cloghan) in memory of his parents donated the Sacred Heart Altar. |

| October | In Teemore church, Miss Ellie Clarke (Drumanymore) married Mr. P. Martin (Corratrasna) |
| November | Under the name of the ‘Enniskillen Horse’, County Fermanagh unionists who owned horses attended weekly training to be ready to fight when home rule was granted. The Knockninny troop was trained under Mr. Bracken. |
