| June | Miss Margaret Maguire (former vice-president) and Mr Thomas Curry (vice-president 1914) both from Derrylin were thanked for their contribution to keeping the Irish spirit alive through their work for the Fermanagh Ladies of Boston society. The Derrylin Corps of Irish National Volunteers had their first drill under Mr O’Reilly, McPartland and Small. 100 men marched to and from Derrylin Cross. Seanchaí Seamus McManus opened a new Irish – Ireland Store. Books and other articles were available by post. |
