A football match between O’Connells and Shamrocks had to be stopped and ended due to fighting between the two teams.

OctoberBoth Catherine Blake and Masonic Lodge offered rooms to be used as Derrylin court.
NovemberThe Council decided to use the room owned by Catherine Blake for the court.
Teemore Shamrocks made an application to be awarded a set of medals for last year’s Championship win, by their action in holding the cup, had deprived them of any trophy. After a long discussion, the GAA County Board decided they were entitled to medals.
