| June | A sister of FR. McCabe’s from Teemore married Mr Magee from Garrison. They married in Teemore Church. There were 14 priest in attendance. |
| July | Knockninny Rock was becoming a popular picnic spot for visitors to go to. |
| August | Jack Martin, Kinmeen obtained a First Class pass in the King’s scholarship examinations held in a Co. Louth college. A football match between O’Connells and Shamrocks had to be stopped and ended due to fighting between the two teams. |

| October | Both Catherine Blake and Masonic Lodge offered rooms to be used as Derrylin court. |
| November | The Council decided to use the room owned by Catherine Blake for the court. Teemore Shamrocks made an application to be awarded a set of medals for last year’s Championship win, by their action in holding the cup, had deprived them of any trophy. After a long discussion, the GAA County Board decided they were entitled to medals. |
