JanuaryTeemore Shamrocks held a Ceilidh in Teemore Hall
FebruaryMr J.P. Dunne, Teemore was appointed the county’s representative on the Ulster Central G.A.A. Council.
It was noted that FR McKenna from Derrylin had been in Liberia for 21 years but still came back here on holidays
MarchEliza McCarron, Toneywall, former teacher and wife of the late Seamus McCarron died on 24th March. She was a former principal of Cornaleck and AKM schools and was the organist in Derrylin Church.

JulyKnockninny Sports Day took place on 24th July Teemore Shamrocks held their Sports day in Gortaree.
August‘B’ Specials were spotted heading home to Derrylin after visiting Belfast to see King George.
Derrylin A.O.H members took a trip to Bundoran.
Mr J.J. Clarke (Teemore native) was promoted to Superintendent in Tralee
Mr Patrick Murphy (Mullyneeny) died on 15th August
A man wrote to Lisnaskea Council looking a Cottage in Derrylin as “he had his eye on a widow as soon as her man dies, which may not be long”
SeptemberFr McKenna was home visiting his brother E. McKenna in Aughyoule
Mr Edward Murray (Toneyvarnogue) died.
Miss Kathleen McGovern (Stonepark school teacher) married John Prior (Ballinamore) in Knockninny Church.
Felix Maguire (Doon) died aged 84 years
On 22nd September Patrick McCann (Drumetta) married Sarah Maguire (Inislaroo Island)
On 25th September Thomas Cassidy (Cullion) aged 21 years died after a short illness.  
OctoberMr Hugh McManus (Glassdrummond) died aged 77 years.
A dance was held in A.O.H. hall in aid of the O’Connells.
Mrs A. Martin (Corraclare North)died suddenly aged 85 years. Mr James Curran (Newtownforbes) married Maggie McKenna (Derrylea)
James O’Rourke married Mary Maguire (both were from Trasna Island)
Mr Patrick Droogan (Aughnacloy) died aged 84 years.
NovemberFr Charles Comey P.P. died on 22nd November
Michael McManus (Coolkill) died on 18th November aged 46 years.
Teemore Hunt Club was ran by Mr Francis Donohue, Mountain Road.
DecemberAnne Gilleece Derryvran died aged 79 years.
Bernard McCaffrey (Gortneddin) died aged 65 years
Fr McCabe left Knockninny parish to become P.P. of Carrigallen.
Fr. P. Rudden was appointed Knockninny P.P.
